Mrs. Mary Baker Glover wrote two class drill handbooks of Christian Science entitled the SCIENCE OF MAN. The 1st edition was printed in 1870, copyrighted in 1883, and 2nd Edition was printed in 1874, copyrighted in 1876.
SCIENCE AND HEALTH’s chapter entitled ‘Recapitulation’ p. 465 states: “This chapter is from the first edition of the author’s class-book, copyrighted in 1870. After much labor and increased spiritual understanding, she revised this treatise for this volume in 1875. Absolute Christian Science pervades its statements, to elucidate scientific metaphysics.”
